As there are no physical goods or items purchased on our website, shipping of physical packages, tracking logistics, or shipping charges are not applicable to any contribution made on this website.

2. Digital Delivery of Receipts

When you complete a donation transaction online, you receive the following digital delivery immediately:

• Screen Receipt: An instant on-screen success receipt detailing transaction ID, gateway used, amount paid, and personal variables (Name, Mobile).
• Email Receipt: If you optional entered a valid email address, a summary of your contribution is dispatched to your email inbox immediately.

3. Tax Exemption Certificates

For donors seeking tax-exemption certifications or annual donor summary logs, please contact us at maseehaa11.11@gmail.com with your transaction reference. Certificates are generated manually and sent digitally via email within **15 to 30 days** after accounting reviews.
